    Let's spend an evening together and sip a festive beverage, dine on some yummy food and learn to paint the tropical painting above. We will also learn about Mexico and some fun travel ideas that we have.

    This is an event open to VIP Members and non-members so come join the fun and get to know each other in a casual and creative event. Don't worry if you don't think you have an artistic bone in your body. Our painting guide will make it easy peasy.

    We need a minimum of 15 people to proceed with this event. If we don't meet our minimum by Sunday Jan 14th, then your money will be refunded. You must be 21 or over to participate in this event. We need to secure a headcount for catering purposes.

    We want to meet you over some cocktails and happy hour appetizers! Come learn about the Secret Travel Society and find out what we are all about. We have some new RSVP options below.

    NEW! We will order pre-selected appetizers that will be shared with the group. We also have an option of no included food for those people who want a low cost way to check us out.

    GUEST COST (NO FOOD): $6 to RSVP
    GUEST COST (W/FOOD): $18 to RSVP

    VIP MEMBERS COST (W/FOOD): $11 to RSVP

    You can cancel one week before the event but after that it will be non-refundable. We charge our non-members for the RSVP to make sure that people show up when they say they are going to and often we need to make reservations or get there early to secure enough space for our group. Feel free to stay later than the time allotted but please note that the happy hour prices end at 6:00pm.

    We will find different places for our Social Hour events (formally known as Happy Hour events) so let us know if you have a favorite place. These events will be classy and upscale as we enjoy the finer things in life!

    UPDATE: The tickets sold out on Feb 4th so we had to quickly pick a new date that had enough seats together. We are now going on Thursday Feb 22 @ 7:30pm and we are looking into securing transportation for our group as part of our VIP Member perks. 

    We need to know which tickets we are going to purchase so you need to place a small deposit for each ticket you want. There are two tiers we are considering. Zone 1 Prime tickets are in purple and Zone 2 Pearl are in green. The red circled areas on the right is the section we are in. 


    If you want the Zone 1 Prime ticket, then your deposit will be more and overall price for this event will be about $20 per ticket higher. We estimate that this event will cost $150-$175 per person as we will either plan to meet for lunch or we will provide transportation. This will be a VIP Member only event unless we are left with pre-purchased tickets that our VIP Members do not buy. Please make your decision ASAP so we can buy a seat near the block of tickets we already have.  We will send you an invoice for the remainder once we decide what we are doing.

    We are so glad you are joining us for this wonderfully fun-filled event.  As per our poll, the winning date is Friday, March 9th. The show starts at 7pm and it will include dinner. Teatro ZinZanni's main event is part circus, part dinner theatre, and always magical.

    We need to know how many tickets to purchase so we are asking for a small deposit for each ticket.  You may purchase tickets at the VIP Member price for your friends but they may not be eligible for any VIP Member perks like a free gift bag or included transportation, depending on participation numbers.

    We will be sitting in the INNER RING (shown in red below) for this show. This is where the action happens! This reserved seating section is the top choice for those who want to get closest to the action. You and your guests will be seated restaurant-style at tables and booths in Teatro Zinzanni's intimate antique tent imported from Belgium. The action of the show takes place all around the circular venue creating an immersive experience and is visible from all vantage points in the room. Experience this amazing cirque, cabaret, and comedy performances tableside, with the Secret Travel Society.

    *Unfortunately, tables cannot be combined and chairs cannot be added to increase the table’s capacity.  Inner ring tables are 4 to a table.  


    We estimate that this event will cost $200-250 per person and we will either provide a fun gift for our members. This will be a VIP Member only event unless we do not meet our minimum at which time we will open it up to select friends and family, and will ask our members to do the same.  We will purchase tickets on December 14 which is before they go on sale the the public on Dec 18th so we will close the pre-sale on Dec 13th. We will send you an invoice for the remainder once we decide what we are adding on to the event and the balance will be collected 30 days before the event starts.

    Every few months we would like to host a Dinner Social where we can get together and socialize over dinner. Our other Social Hours are too early for some of our members so we have added some later social events. We will talk about travel and get to know each other better. There will be a chance to chat with us about planning upcoming events for our members so your input is valuable. You may bring a guest who you think would enjoy this group. The more the merrier!

    Your RSVP includes:

    • Pre-selected appetizers shared with the group (up to $17 value per appetizer -- examples include: Pan Seared Scallops, Manila Clams, Crab Cakes, BBQ Shrimp, Caprese Salad, Wedge Salad, Ceasar Salad)
